How Do We Do It?
We start by finding and securing off-market deals that aren’t public using our connections with brokers across the country. We then secure a long-term lease agreement with a tenant for this property and only purchase the property once this agreement is made.
Why does this matter?
This lets us avoid bidding wars and secure properties at the lowest prices, while securing cash flow that will ensure we’re able to sell higher than we bought
We then purchase the property and turn it into a state-of-the-art medical facility using our partnerships with major construction companies throughout the country. This is our second form of adding value to the property to ensure a higher sell-off.
Why does this matter?
This puts us in control of adding value to the property and making sure we’ll be able to sell for significantly more than we purchased.
Once the property is finished and leased, we’ll sell it on the open market. The combination of prime property, a high value medical facility, and secured long-term tenants makes these properties much more attractive to buyers.
